ARKADE maintains region specific pricing for Bangladesh, the European Union, and the Rest of the World.

Prices may vary depending on the selected shipping destination to reflect local taxes, duties, logistics, and operational costs.

If an order is placed using an incorrect pricing region, ARKADE reserves the right to adjust the order total, request the remaining balance before dispatch, or cancel the order.

To confirm an order, customers are required to pay an advance equal to the delivery charge.

Once your order arrives, you may inspect, wear, and check the product in the presence of the delivery representative before making the remaining payment. If it does not meet your expectations, simply hand it back without paying the product price.

The advance delivery charge is non refundable, as it covers courier and handling costs.

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, courier rates, and local requirements.

The full shipping charge must be paid in advance before dispatch. Cash on Delivery and Try Before You Buy™ are currently available only within Bangladesh.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.

For orders placed under our Try Before You Buy™ service, products may only be declined during delivery while the courier representative is present. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has departed, it will be considered delivered and accepted.

For international orders, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product has been delivered. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the order details.

All approved returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third party fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by ARKADE.

ARKADE reserves the sole right to approve or decline any return request that does not comply with this policy.

All photographs, designs, graphics, logos, product names, text, and other content published by ARKADE are the exclusive property of ARKADE unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

ARKADE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, correct pricing errors, limit quantities, suspend transactions, update products, or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
